Very pretty ring! I now have this ring in my husband, daughter and my own birthstone! Hoping it is eventually offered with Peridot and Pink Alexandrite stones for my other children! Pros: Good quality

bought this as a gift, had for 2 months before time to give, she received it & in the 1st week the stone was lost, 60 day returns... called & said would esculate & get back to me, heard nothing back, DISAPOINTED. other than that have had good experiences here Cons: poor customer service, just past their 60 days & was not taken care of

I have to roll my eyes at the comments so often made about the color of the ruby cz being too "pink". I have several REAL ruby rings & the color of a natural ruby IS typically pinkish-red, which is beautifully & exactly correct.. If you want darker red with no pink tones, buy a garnet!
